Account Manager / Inside Sales
Description:
Account Manager/Inside Sales position responsible for managing and growing key accounts. This role will work in tandem with procurement, quality, and outside sales to achieve goals and provide a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pro-active customer service
- Develop / Grow / Maintain Accounts
- Sourcing, Quoting, Order Processing
- Inventory Control and Management
- Cost Analysis to maximize profits
- Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Shipping, and other departments
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications:
- Sales Aptitude/Talent
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel is a MUST)
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Organized and able to multitask and prioritize
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Desire for continued product learning
- Sales Experience Required - Fastener/Industrial Experience Preferred
